• Disclosing tablets and drops colour the plaque purple so you can see it.
• Use them to learn where you miss when brushing. You do not need to use them every day.

Steps

1. Put the tablet in your mouth.
2. Chew it and move it around your mouth for 30 seconds. Spit out the extra.
3. Look in the mirror. Purple areas show plaque.
4. Brush these areas until the purple is gone.

You can also use them after brushing to check how well you did.
